Order Placement
We urge you to make your Catering Reservation in as much advance as possible. Please call our office for expedited order, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Minimums
Menus are available for parties of 12 or more. Our minimum order for delivery is $100.00.
Substitutions
In the event a product or ingredient is unavailable or unsatisfactory to our chef, we reserve the right to substitute for similar item of equal or greater quality.
Presentation
Unless otherwise coordinated, all food will be presented on upscale disposable bowls and trays with disposable serving utensils. Real equipment such as silver chafing dishes, platters, china, glassware, linens, and floral arrangements are available at an additional charge.
Sales Tax
Applicable State tax will be assessed to the final bill unless a tax exempt certificate is on file.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All services must be paid for prior to delivery unless credit has been established.
Delivery
Drop off charges will be applied to all deliveries based on distance and the amount of product. We provide a complimentary set up of your buffet at no charge, however, our drivers must be in and out of your facility within 30 minutes. An additional charge will be incurred if our staff needs to return to your site for equipment pick up. Prices quoted are for drop off only. Staffing is available at an additional charge.
Cancellation
Cancellations received in writing 3 days prior to event will incur no penalty. Cancellations received after this time, will incur a 50% charge to cover our investment. Exceptions are weddings and large events which require separate contract arrangements.
